Eligibility: To enter the “King & Kasey” Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”), you must (a) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States, District of Columbia or Canada (including Quebec); and (b) be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18 years of age or older in the US) at the time of entry, and have an active email account and Internet access prior to the start of the Promotion Period. This Promotion is void outside the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Canada (also considering Quebec), and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Promotion and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto are intended for viewing only within the United States, District of Columbia and Canada (including Quebec). Employees, officers, directors and agents of Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., Auto Value / Bumper to Bumper – a Division of Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and its parents, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers and advertising or promotion agencies, including Promotion Group Central Inc. (“Administrator”), and vendors involved in this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

Promotion Period: Promotion begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 16, 2009 and ends at 12:01 AM ET on September 13, 2009 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of two (2) elements: an instant win game (“Instant Win Game”) and a sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). For the purposes of this Promotion, a day is defined as the 24-hour period starting at 12:01 AM ET and ending at 11:59 PM ET.

To enter the Sweepstakes: To enter online, visit www.TheKingandKasey.com during the Promotion Period and follow the directions provided to complete and submit an entry form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person, per email address and per household per day, regardless of method of entry. Sweepstakes entries from any person, email address or household in excess of the stated daily limitation will be void.

To Play the Instant Win Game: Upon entering the Sweepstakes, you will receive one (1) game play for the Instant Win Game. There will be a total of 242 winning moments (two (2) per day) for the Instant Win Game at randomly selected moments throughout the Promotion Period. If you are the first to play at a randomly selected winning moment, as determined and verified by Sponsor or if no one plays at such moment and you are the first to play immediately after such moment, as determined and verified by Sponsor, you will receive an instant win message stating the prize potentially won and instructions on how to redeem the prize, subject to verification of eligibility, game play and compliance with the these Official Rules. If you receive a winning message, follow the on-screen instructions to claim your prize by the deadline indicated. If you are not an Instant Win Game winner, you may return to www.TheKingandKasey.com to play again; however, there is a limit of one (1) game play per person, per email address, per household per day for the duration of the Promotion Period (with the exception of bonus game plays, as described below). Game plays by any person, email address or household in excess of the stated daily limitation will be void.

Bonus Game Play: Once you have played the Instant Win Game online, you can follow the directions to provide the unique and valid email addresses of up to five (5) different friends to receive one (1) bonus game play per such e-mail address. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship and who are eligible to enter the Promotion. Each friend will be sent a refer-a-friend email solely notifying him/her about the Promotion. You may not refer a friend more than once. Limit five (5) bonus game plays per person and per email address per day.

Entries and/or game plays (including bonus game plays) generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means and entries and/or game plays (including bonus game plays) by any means which subvert the participation process will be void. All game plays (including bonus game plays) must be submitted by 11:59 PM ET on the applicable day to be eligible. All Sweepstakes entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM ET on July 17, 2009 to be eligible. Prizes are subject to verification of eligibility, game play and compliance with these Official Rules. All entries and game plays must be submitted by the specified deadline to be eligible for the applicable drawing.

When you enter the Promotion, you can also opt-in to receive promotional offers and emails from Sponsor. You can opt-out of receiving such offers and emails at any time and opting-in does not impact your chances of winning.

In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online game play and/or Sweepstakes entry, entries and game plays will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of participation and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Sweepstakes Drawing: One (1) potential grand prize (the “Grand Prize” or the “Sweepstakes Prize”) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 14, 2009 from among all eligible entries received for the entire Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by Promotion Group Central Inc., whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sweepstakes Prizes:
Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded and will consist of two (2) prize elements:
- One (1) Trip for Two (2) to the Race Weekend Events (Friday 10/16/0 and Saturday 10/17/09) (“Race Event”) in Concord, NC (“Trip”), and;
- One (1) 2009 Dodge Challenger Vehicle (“Vehicle”).

Each portion of the Sweepstakes Prize is further described below.

Trip: Grand Prize Trip shall consist of one (1) trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to Concord, North Carolina from October 15, 2009, through October 18, 2009 to attend the Race Event . Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from a major gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to destination; ground transportation to/from airport and hotel (Thursday, 10/15/09 arrival through Sunday, 10/18/09 departure); ground transportation to/from hotel and the Race Events (Friday, 10/16/09 and Saturday, 10/17/09); standard hotel accommodations for three (3) consecutive nights (one [1] room/double occupancy) at a local hotel selected by Sponsor; two (2) VIP passes to both Race Events. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize Trip is up to $5,000.00USD. Additional prize restrictions apply as further described herein.

Vehicle: Winner will receive a 2009 Dodge Challenger vehicle. All prize details, including year, make, model, color, and features of the vehicle are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor and winner agrees to refer solely to manufacturer’s warranties at the time the vehicle is delivered to the winner. Winner must take delivery of the vehicle from a location nearest his/her residence, as designated by the Sponsor, and within one the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and may be considered a “used car” at time of award. Transportation and delivery fees shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided including, without limitation, preparation, destination and transportation charges; license, registration and title fees; insurance; fuel; transportation and delivery fees; and maintenance are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance to take delivery of the vehicle. All details of Vehicle delivery will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Exact date will be mutually agreed upon by Sponsor and winner. ARV of the Grand Prize Vehicle is $30,000.00USD. ARV does not include tax, title, license and other fees and costs described above, which are the sole responsibility of the winner

The Vehicle award ceremony may be photographed, videotaped and otherwise recorded by Sponsor and its designees (collectively, “Footage”). Footage will be owned by Sponsor and its designees, who have the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Footage and all elements embodied therein, including any names, performances and likenesses embodied therein, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, trade and other purposes without any further notice, permission or payment to participant.

Instant Win Game Prizes (242): Odds of winning an Instant Win Game Prize depend upon the actual number of eligible game plays received and the timing of the game plays. ARV of all Instant Win prizes is $7,393.00USD. There will be a total of 242 winning moments (two (2) per day) for the Instant Win Game at randomly selected moments throughout the Promotion Period. Total ARV of all prizes is $42,393.00. Complete terms and conditions will be furnished with prize notification. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Actual value of the Grand Prize Trip depends on city of departure. Make and model of all prizes to be determined by Sponsor. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not specifically set forth herein as being provided are the responsibility of the winners. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any depictions of the prize are for illustrative purposes only.

Additional Prize Restrictions for Sweepstakes Prize (Trip): Travel arrangements will be made through the travel coordinator designated by Sponsor on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Sweepstakes Prize Trip winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If Sweepstakes Prize Trip winner is unable to complete the trip on the dates specified by Sponsor, the winner shall forfeit the prize in its entirety, and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). If, in the judgment of Sponsor, air transportation is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for round-trip air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Each guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18 in the U.S.), unless child or legal ward of winner, and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is a child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) where applicable, at their option, and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. For NASCAR race events, each Sweepstakes Prize winner and his/her guest must carry photo-ID at all times; cannot wear shorts, sleeveless shirts, or open-toed shoes; and must abide by all other rules relating to the race, venue, and event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portions of prize. Each Sweepstakes Prize Trip winner is responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes on the prize and for any other costs and expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, meals, gratuities, telephone calls, room service, incidentals, trip and travel insurance premiums, and all other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules. Winners and their guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas (if applicable). Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide tickets to any event, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Certain travel restrictions may apply.

Winner Notification:
Potential Instant Win Game Prize winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, unless prohibited by law, a Publicity Release within a time period specified by Sponsor. Unclaimed Instant Win Game prizes will not be awarded.

Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of the Sweepstakes drawing by phone, e-mail, and/or FedEx (or similar) (at the phone number, e-mail address, and/or address provided on the entrant’s Entry) at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prospective winner will be required to sign, notarize and return an affidavit of eligibility and mutually acceptable liability release and publicity release (where permitted by law) within forty-eight (48) hours after notice is sent, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. A list of local area (to winner) notary services, and a pre-addressed, return postage-paid FedEx envelope, will accompany the prize notification sent to the prospective Grand Prize winner.

If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the required documents are not returned in a timely manner, in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements or these Official Rules or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion, if the Sweepstakes Prize, awarded to an alternate winner. All prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If any potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. Select prize winners will be required to complete and furnish a W-9 Form, including his/her Social Security number, which will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law. Unless otherwise informed, winners will receive their prizes via mail within six (6) weeks of Sponsor and Administrator completing the verification process.

For Canadian Residents Only: a) in order to win a prize, a Canadian resident who has been selected as a potential winner in a random drawing must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone at a prearranged, mutually convenient time. Failure to correctly answer such question will result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited; b) Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Regie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

Promotion Conditions: This Promotion is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsor’s privacy policy available at www.TheKingandKasey.com, as amended from time to time, and except where prohibited by law, winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes permission of such participant for Sponsor and its designees to use, without notice, permission or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the Sponsor website, winner’s first name, last name, city and state, photograph, likeness, voice, and/or voice likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; and all associated Entries will be void. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, AND TO NOTIFY LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES WHO MAY PURSUE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Promotion (or any portion thereof), or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Promotion (or any portion thereof) is undermined by any event or cause (each a “Force Majeure” event), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the Promotion (or any portion thereof) as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to award the prize for the drawing at issue from among all non-suspect eligible Entries received for such drawing up to the time of such Force Majeure event.

If due to a computer, network, seeding, technical, mechanical, human, programming or other error, more prizes are claimed for any day than are intended to be awarded for that day, Sponsor reserves the right to award the stated prize(s) for the day(s) at issue in a random drawing from among all valid prize claims received for such prize(s). In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes

Limitations of Liability: By submitting an Entry, each entrant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, whose decision shall be binding and final; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Promotion Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in Promotion; acceptance/possession (including, but not limited to, delays by shipping companies), defects, and/or use/misuse of a prize; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information; typographical, printing or other error in the printing of these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related information; administration of the Promotion, the processing of Entries or in the announcement of prizes (including such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won); any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, or software utilized by the Promotion; or any hardware or software compatibility problems on account of technical problems or human error, or combination thereof; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Promotion Entities. Each entrant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Promotion Entities from any and all injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions or any liability resulting or arising from participation in this Promotion or acceptance, possession or use of a prize, and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Promotion Entities. Promotion Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors; (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of a Sponsor; or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of Sponsor or its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies. Winners and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the Promotion, agree to release Sponsor, Administrator, Promotion Entities, Richard Petty Motorsports, a GEMS Motorsports LP company, and their respective members, managers and affiliates, Ray Evernham, Richard Petty, Kasey Kahne, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of this Promotion from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. Neither Richard Petty Motorsports, a GEMS Motorsports LP company, and their respective members, managers and affiliates, Ray Evernham, Richard Petty, nor Kasey Kahne are responsible for any aspects of the Promotion and they assume no responsibility or liability with respect thereto.

Winners and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the sweepstakes, agree to release Sponsor, Richard petty Motorsports, and their respective members, managers and affiliates, Ray Evernham, Kasey Kahne, Elliott Sadler, Reed Sorenson, AJ Allmendinger, George Gillett Jr, and Richard Petty and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of this sweepstakes from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize.
